About us

We are are online grocery delivery services in San Juan. For now we only deliver grocery items, in the future we will add more products and items in our store, our goal is to have a online store where people can order all the things needed in their home at one place.

How to start?

1. Go to our store – click on Shop page.
2. On shop page, there are variety or products, mostly groceries, at the bottom of the product there is a add to card button. Our website is working as the same as the other store online out there.
3. If there is a certain product you want to add and not listed in the page, you can use the search section at the top and put the product name or a description and click the search button. Ex. “rice” or “egg”.
4. After all the products added on the cart, you can go to checkout page or if you see a checkout button, you just click that and it will redirect you to the checkout page.
5. Once you are on the checkout page, you can review the items you have added and if good to go, just click the checkout button and then choose the payment method available for you.
6. Once the payment is completed, you received a confirmation email about your order and we will also receive the same email.
7. After we confirm that the payment has been made, we will go to your order and we will process it.
8. Once the order is ready for deliveries, we will ask you more info like the receiver contact number to make sure we deliver the items correctly and safely.

Payment Methods

Our available payment methods are the following:

1. Paypal / Card – this is the most secured payment method we have, you can also pay using your card by choosing the paypal as payment method. Once your on the paypal, just choose pay by card and paypal will handle the payment via card.
2. COD – Pay the money after you received the groceries
3. Pera Padala – Send us a payment on any payment or padala outlet around world. The few available on our area are Mluillier, Cebuana Padala, Palawan Padala. You can send using western union but make sure we can receive it by those outlets here.

Refunds

We don’t have control if there are few items that unavailable in your order, we do replace it with the same or high value with more quality without your consent. Any items not available we refund money to the receiver. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions page and tick the checkbox before doing an order with us.
